At Bachos Building Design, we offer an individual design and drafting service to our clients from initial concept design to full construction drawings. Specialising in new homes, our focus is on providing our clients with an affordable, high quality drafting design service to turn their ideas into functional and stylish house designs that are suited to their lifestyle and surrounds. Our local experience enables us to create a design solution specifically for you.

Here at Bachos Building Design, we use the very latest in Computer Aided Design (CAD) drafting software, which enables you to view your project from every angle. With our BIMx 3D program we can create an interactive 3D 'walk-through' allowing you to explore your new design.

We ensure all our work meets the requirements of your local council, Residential Design Codes and the National Construction Codes so that your project can be cleanly passed through council. Davin has 17 years experience in the building and construction industry, which allows us to find the most cost effective solutions for your project. Nicole was awarded a Certificate of Excellence at the South West Institute of Technology after completing her Certificate IV in Residential Drafting.
